Our Story
Emergence Coaching & Consulting LLC was created for individuals and small teams navigating life’s most disorienting season — the in‑between. This is the identity‑shaking space when one chapter is closing, another is calling, and you’re standing in the gap between the two. Our clients are accomplished, faith‑filled women who feel quietly exhausted from carrying who they used to be into a season that demands a new version of themselves.
We serve high‑achieving Gen X and Millennial women, typically ages 35–55, who have built meaningful careers, families, and lives yet still sense something is missing. They’ve checked every box but remain stuck in performance mode instead of leading with clarity and confidence. Founded by Precious Nelson, an Identity and Leadership Coach, public health professional, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, Emergence creates space for the woman you are becoming to finally emerge, fully and on purpose.
